Excellent Customer Service all around timely and efficient from the salesperson to the young man who showed me the technology end of the service. Thats all I have for today. This requires to many words that's my only complaint! It wouldn't take my city and state this took me another 15 minutes. Thats another complaint. The survey is annoying. Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Saw used car on internet, stopped in to check it out. Kevin let me look over the car before approaching me. He was helpful answering my questions, explaining features. At NO time did I feel pressured to make a deal. We negotiated what I feel was a VERY FAIR PRICE. Car was handed over freshly washed and with ample gas to get me home. Well worth the hour and 15 minute drive. Kevin is a very fair, NO PRESSURE, friendly person to deal with. I would send anyone shopping for a vehicle to him.
