My experience was great, Although I didn?t think I was taken seriously at first, but committing to a big purchase is a BIG DEAL so it was important to me to get exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting my nearly 4 year-old battery replaced at no charge. I had not really noticed any degradation of the cars operation even after being alerted by the notice, but I have noticed improvements in drivability since the battery was replaced.

Sharon the customer service representative, smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I had a tire issue, she was able to get a tech to pull my car in and check my tires. I was in and out in no time.
