My experience at this dealership was amazing. I spent approximately two hours and fifteen minutes from the moment I arrived, reviewed the vehicle, test drove it, and completed the loan process. At no point did I feel pressured, coerced, or confused during the transaction. I came in after having a very bad experience with a nearby dealership, an experience so negative that it made me believe all dealerships were the same. This team proved me wrong. They were honest, transparent, and truly professional throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly explained, and my decisions were respected at all times. Kris did a great job and was very friendly. Service was pretty fast. Coffee was hot and free. TV was on. They only tried to upsell with a couple of filters.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Found the deal of about 10K off sticker price online. Upon arriving got 4K more for my trade in than expected and to top it off, had small extended warranty given to me for free.

Great service, friendly staff and quick turnaround for routine oil change and recall would recommend anytime.
