We were vacationing in the area from Michigan when our oil change light went on. Since we were pulling a camper weren't we should get it done before starting the trek back home. We were staying in Crossville and saw this dealership, checked reviews, stopped by and made an appointment for early afternoon. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Professional in every way. Waiting room and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Very good experience. If I lived in the area, they would be our go to dealership for sure!!

Britt McKee was so wonderful. She met me at the dealership after I got off work and stayed there with me until after 8:00 that night until I purchased my truck. Special shout out to the gentleman in management and the gentleman in finance who also stayed an hour past closing time. I purchased the perfect used Toyota Tacoma. The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. I?d buy from them again, no doubt.

Steve and Caleb did a great job working with me on my vehicle. It had an intermittent problem, they took the time to listen to me and even riding in my truck with me to see what was going on. After the work was completed, Steve again took time to ride in my truck with me to make sure everything was correct and working well.
