Mountain View and Chris Yancey made my truck buying experience a good one. when I ordered the truck, the sales team made sure I got the truck I wanted even though I changed the order a time or two. After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. It was one of the quickest and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had.

My expectations were met for term, APR and price. Our sales team members were helpful and accommodating. They did their best to get us a good deal. Overall 4hrs for the whole purchase. The sales manager was very nice and helpful. The car is exactly what we wanted a decent price. We really appreciate that there was not a lot of back and forth (some but not a lot). Over all a very good experience with the sales team. However with the finance person, about the extra warranty and gap insurance, that experience was pushy and uncomfortable insisting several times (how many times do i need to say no?). We understand is part of the process, but could be improved.

We had done a lot of research on both the vehicle we were looking at and the vehicle we were trading in, and in both cases, the team was very fair and honest. We were, and remain, so thankful for that. We will gladly...GLADLY...do business here again should we need another vehicle. Had a oil change done a few months ago and was due for another. Asked them to check to see why it was leaking. They informed me the oil filter was put on loose and it was their error. I was released it was something they admitted to doing. Their honesty just makes me feel I can always trust them in service and purchasing a car there. They made real good on their mistake and took really great care of me and my car. To the point they even came to my home to clean the oil spots in my garage and my daughters driveway. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ashley & co handled the repair with my Mustang well! The catalytic converter failed and fortunately fell under warranty. Dropped it off and picked up with a few days with no issues.
