I have to say that Aaron Lawson went above and beyond when dealing with issues on my 85 year old mother's car. He and he staff made sure that she was well treated and taken care of. Their delivery service is top notch as well. I couldn't be happier with their service department. Nice work all!

I have to thank Jay at Newton Ford South. My wife has wanted a truck every since I bought my Ford Ranger but she wanted something smaller that fit her better. Jay took the time to let us drive the newer Ranger but it still didn't fit her. A few minutes after we returned from the test drive, the delivery truck rolled up with 3 new Mavericks. Chase got one of the truck and had it at the front door in a blink. They grabbed tags and we took off for another test drive. When we got back Chase had all the paperwork done, we had traded my wife's car in. There wasn't any haggling on price. Chase had given us a great deal right from the start, a more than fair trade-in value and everything was transparent which is sometimes hard to find. By the time we got through signing papers with Travis and a few jokes, her truck was clean and ready to go. I am usually the worlds worst at buyers remorse but this is one purchase that was so non pressured, honest , and informative that I had no doubts as we drove away. Recently brought my vehicle into Lithia Ford's Body Shop following what at first appeared to be a fairly minor fender-bender. The diagnosed actual front end damage as well as various and sundry body dents and scratches caused me, the consumer, some real concerns. Enter Robert Wadsworth, Body Shop Manager, who calmly explained to me the repairs needed, timeline and cost. One week later I was picking up my 'good as new' (it really looked new!) car and it has since driven like the dream that it is! I'm grateful to Robert and his staff as well as Tim Freund, Parts Manager, who was so helpful with my purchase of new tires. Quicklane rocks! Everyone was friendly yet professional, and completed all service/work in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this dealer's Body Shop and Quicklane services.

We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! I found a listing for the vehicle I was looking for and reached out. I figured it being a Saturday night would not result in anything till Monday at the best. To my surprise I was contacted within minutes by Dennis Bragg. He made it easy and went far beyond what was required. The only down side if it really was a down side was meeting at one dealership but having to move to another one to complete the deal. I would still do it to get the service and experience.

This was THE BEST experience at a car dealership we've ever had. My husband and I came in to look at the new explorers. Doug was our salesman and he was WONDERFUL. I've never met a car salesman so friendly and willing to work with us. He was also very friendly and kind to our two children and extremely accommodating. This is not a typical car dealership, as we have dealt with many others in the past that were just out to make a quick buck. Everyone we spoke with was extremely down to earth, personable, and helpful. We will be return customers in the future. Thank you for being such a wonderful and trustworthy group of individuals. I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!
