Was interested in a used car they had advertised. The salesperson I originally talked to (Destiny) was busy when we arrived, so she handed us off to Prodi. He listened to our requirements as far as our trade, and the price on their car. We were able to work out a deal that was satisfactory to both of us. During the process Prodi was friendly, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a pre-approval from my credit union for the purchase price minus my trade. My credit union was not open (Saturday). The finance department was able to work around that issue so we could take the car that day. Overall, everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. JASON had the truck full of fuel and thoroughly went over the options and features. I did not get there until almost closing but they were very accommodating and stayed well after closing to make sure I was happy.
