Kris helped me get a new 2016 Focus Titanium they had on the lot. Looked at it in July. By September the price was reduced and within the monthly payment I needed. Filled out a credit application and got an even better monthly rate. Kris & Kurt went out of their way to get a nondriveable vehicle off the property and used as a trade in on the Focus!

We reached out to Miller Motors late in the day to see about looking at a car. JJ Wiemer was a very friendly, non pushy sales person. We told him what we wanted, he took us for a test drive & him and his team got us in and out quickly with all the paperwork. I highly recommend skipping other Mazda dealers in the area and visiting Gordie Boucher Mazda of Janesville. I made the drive down from Madison and couldn’t be happier with my experience buying a new car. They truly make you feel like your business and time is valuable to them. As a salesman, Ron was fantastic to work with. The car I wanted was at another location and they quickly coordinated delivery in only a few hours. He was with me from start to finish ensuring that all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making the sale go smoothly. I scheduled the installation of some accessories and the service manager came into the showroom to introduce themselves and congratulate me on the purchase. Best car buying experience I've ever had, Bob the manager had everything set up for me before I walked into the door, Anthony Castaldo my salesman walked me through everything and answered every question I had. The finance manager was awesome as well he had loan options right away. In total I was in and out in little over in hour including the test drive, unreal. The whole Lynch Ford team was great throughout the entire process. They found me my perfect vehicle even though they didn't have it in stock at my initial visit.
