I have to thank Jay at Newton Ford South. My wife has wanted a truck every since I bought my Ford Ranger but she wanted something smaller that fit her better. Jay took the time to let us drive the newer Ranger but it still didn't fit her. A few minutes after we returned from the test drive, the delivery truck rolled up with 3 new Mavericks. Chase got one of the truck and had it at the front door in a blink. They grabbed tags and we took off for another test drive. When we got back Chase had all the paperwork done, we had traded my wife's car in. There wasn't any haggling on price. Chase had given us a great deal right from the start, a more than fair trade-in value and everything was transparent which is sometimes hard to find. By the time we got through signing papers with Travis and a few jokes, her truck was clean and ready to go. I am usually the worlds worst at buyers remorse but this is one purchase that was so non pressured, honest , and informative that I had no doubts as we drove away. The staff at Ford's Quick Lane are Stupendous. Due to being ill, I was not able to come in September '25 for my oil change or replace all 4 tires. The manager, Mitchell, contacted the general manager, and explained my situation. The general manager came over and gave me a special deal on the purchase of 4 tires, even though, there was no current tire sale. I have been going to Ford Quick Lane for 10+ years. I was ecstatic and purchased the much needed tires for my 2012 F150 STX truck plus had the oil change. Wonderful staff and mechanics.
