No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Janel and Dave very helpful. I wanted a jeep. I saw one online so wanted to check it out it was missing a few things I really wanted. Janel went Dave and talking Dave said there was one that just came in the night before. I took it on a test drive yes that was the one. Went back in Dave was doing magic with numbers found the one so I bought my jeep. Only have great things to say. I would definitely tell my friends to come her.
