I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

The staff are very nice and easy going. We looked at several vehicles and found a truck we liked but didn't think our credit was going to be good enough. We were shocked when they got us approved and got the truck we wanted. The owner and managers treated us great and we will definitely be back for all of our future vehicles!! I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

The environment is good, the service is good, too. The service staff introduce the car in detail patiently and warm-heartedly. I am very happy with his service.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

If you're going to go buy a car go to cars on demand either location Spencer or beltway 8 they had the nicest most friendliest staff I had a 2014 Chevy Impala check engine light never came on it ran perfect good in the inside good on the outside I recently was in a car accident and totaled the 2014 Chevy Impala and I think it felt like that they were more worried about my well-being than they was their car and they're working with me to get me in another vehicle I'm telling you if you need a good car and nice as friendly as people you'll ever meet go to cars on demand I recommend them to the highest fullest power I fell back on my payment not once but I think twice never did they blow up my phone and call me everyday I called them told them what was happening and they understood that sometimes in life things don't go right they gave me time to catch up no problem whatsoever they're just the best people I just love this car lot I recommend them to anybody go get a car from cars on demand

I bought mine used with 17,000 miles for $17,000, and it's a 2017. I guess 17 was the lucky number lol. My Escape drives well, feels very comfortable, and is pretty good on gas (average 4 banger gas milage ) beats any 6 or 8 cylinder. I have the base model , so the engine isn't the fastest, but I'm not racing anyone ever. I never feel underpowered, or unsafe on highways. This little truck holds own in any senerio. I'm not sure why people are giving negative reviews maybe competitors trying to sell their brands🤔 . This is a good suv , and it looks great. I would buy it again, it keeps me warm and safe in Chicago winters. Cranks everytime I turn the key even in sub zero temps. I remember Chicago being the coldest place on the planet for 24 hours a couple of years ago. I worked that night I believe it was -50 or close with the wind chill. I worked that night as a nurse , my escape ran like a trooper. If a vehicle runs in Chicago winters .....it's a tank and passes my test hands down. My 2011 BMW x 3 ummmm.....failed as a winter vehicle. It costed twice as much BEFORE THE "CHIP SHORTAGE" PRICES . Need I say more ????

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.
