I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Overall ratings are awesome. Very good vehicle's!! Styling exterior design, turbo engine good gas mileage. Comfortable seats heated. Good size cargo area. Reliability, good value reputation.

It was fast and friendly. They didn't do any other work unless they talk to me frist. I will return there to get my other work done once I have them money.

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles,other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding,kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

Very reasonable price tag. Good vehicle's, and the fuel mileage is efficient. Ride has a nice quality to it. Comfortable seats, heated. Cargo area is spacious, including the top luggage rack. Towing capacity is pretty good. These vehicles are absolutely popular, hold up on there value reputation.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. Lot's of these nice escape suvs cruising around. Good on it's reliability, and it's value. Gas mileage is efficient and so is the low cost maintenance up keep. Comfortable seats, heated. Rear space is spacious. Towing capacity is good. Luggage rack carrier for extra space.

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. Due to physical issues, I needed a car that was easier for me to get into, decided to give the Forester a look and it was a perfect fit. I am also well pleased with the service dept and sales staff. I bought mine used with 17,000 miles for $17,000, and it's a 2017. I guess 17 was the lucky number lol. My Escape drives well, feels very comfortable, and is pretty good on gas (average 4 banger gas milage ) beats any 6 or 8 cylinder. I have the base model , so the engine isn't the fastest, but I'm not racing anyone ever. I never feel underpowered, or unsafe on highways. This little truck holds own in any senerio. I'm not sure why people are giving negative reviews maybe competitors trying to sell their brands🤔 . This is a good suv , and it looks great. I would buy it again, it keeps me warm and safe in Chicago winters. Cranks everytime I turn the key even in sub zero temps. I remember Chicago being the coldest place on the planet for 24 hours a couple of years ago. I worked that night I believe it was -50 or close with the wind chill. I worked that night as a nurse , my escape ran like a trooper. If a vehicle runs in Chicago winters .....it's a tank and passes my test hands down. My 2011 BMW x 3 ummmm.....failed as a winter vehicle. It costed twice as much BEFORE THE "CHIP SHORTAGE" PRICES . Need I say more ????

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Answered all of our questions and very patient with us. Tim, the finance guy was also great. Didn’t try to sell us on every option offered. Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.
