I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I bought my 2007 Escape inOctober of 2014. It was a V6 when I got it it had 85,000 miles and I paid $9,000 for it. I drove it for 10& years until June 10, 2025 when someone ran a stop sign and totalled it. It had 275,000 miles and was still a great car and drove wonderful with lots of power. It was a great vehicle!

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Colonial Ford. Their customer service team was nothing but phenomenal! I found a car online I did an inquiry. The next day I received a text message asking about appointment times and confirming the vehicle was still available the day before and also the morning of my appointment. I was greeted with friendly smiles. Tom Sweeney was great. He showed me the car inside and outside. Took me on a test drive. Asked me what I wanted to do and I said I want a second opinion and that I won’t be available till Monday night. We came down we looked at it and then I went home ran some numbers talked to them and they worked with me so I could get into my next vehicle. They weren’t pushy at all, they weren’t your typical car dealership people that hound you and take advantage of a women looking at a car alone. I’m beyond thankful for them and I hope to do business again with them in the future when it’s time for an upgrade. Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.
