I requested information on a vehicle and they answered right away, even called to get more information on what I am looking for. Hope to do business with thwm real soon.

I found a vehicle online and was contacted by one of the sales staff. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful in answering questions. I live several hours from the dealership and asked if they would meet me halfway to complete the deal. I've done this in the past when purchasing a vehicle some distance from my home. The salesman instantly agreed, saying that wouldn't be a problem. As we negotiated for the truck, the salesman was quick to respond and went above and beyond in answering my questions.

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.

We just bought a used vehicle from Mike Gumm. He was awesome to work with - no pressure sales and a lot of fun. He was honest about the information he provided, and we had no regrets making the drive up to McPherson. The car we purchased was priced as it should have been. The closing process was easy, and they had financing with decent rates for a used vehicle. We will have Midway at the top of our list for our next purchase as well.

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.

I absolutely love this vehicle. The 2018 handles easier than the 2016 I previously owned. I also love the white gold color. Ford has truly amazed me with their awesome updates.

My wife and I wanted to trade in our older Ford Edge for a newer model. I was able to make contact with the dealership via e-mail and text message to discuss some initial pricing. I was initially contacted by Ashlee Dyer who was very helpful for me and with whom I made arrangements to go to the dealership and test drive the vehicle on which we had our eyes. Ashlee was very nice and helpful. At the dealership my salesperson was Darrin Smith. Darrin had the vehicle ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. He was kind and patient and was able to answer my questions. He was friendly and personable. When it arrived at the time to negotiate pricing and trade-in value, he listened to our needs and was very helpful. It was getting late, but he didn't tire of working with me and was just great. The financing portion was handled by Ben Ashmore. Well, he was really second to none. He was so very friendly. And anyone who has made a major purchase will know, there is a certain excitement about the purchase combined with a fair amount of anxiety about a major expenditure. He put me totally at ease. A friendly attitude, great sense of humor and patience made it the best experience I had ever had working on financing an auto. My wife and I have purchased vehicles before at other dealerships. I have worked with other dealers and have felt like I was being misled or "tricked." Or at other dealers that I should just feel privileged that they were even talking to me. Not so here! At Long McArthur I felt like each and every person with whom I had contact cared about me (I went alone on this excursion) as an individual versus just being a potential sale or commission. I am so very grateful for how I was treated by Long McArthur and all of the people, even the ones with whom I only had limited contact that are not mentioned here, there. Buying a vehicle is always a big deal, no matter the size of the purchase. Long McArthur will being seeing future business from us. For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.

My experience with Long McArthur was great overall! My salesman, Michael Gadberry, was benevolent and made this out-of-state purchase as smooth as possible. The hardest part was the 9 week wait! My truck was delivered with a few scratches and small dents which was a little nerve-racking. However, Michael quickly stepped into assist. He aligned a detailer and Long McArthur willingly paid for all damages. Their utmost goal is customer satisfaction and it showed throughout the entire process. I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price I will not purchase or lease it again.

If I had to describe my buying experience at Long McArthur Ford in one word, it would be??? WOW! I had been shopping for a new truck with specific features and had no luck with my local dealers. Then I found one on-line, but it was in Kansas and I live in Virginia. Looking at their website, though, it looked like they specialize in long-distance sales, so I took a chance and called them. The salesman I talked to, Kyle, was great and really put me at ease about a distance deal. It took a couple calls, but we came up with a price that made it worth taking the chance. I flew to Wichita and was picked up right on time by a very nice gentleman name Jerry and we had a most pleasant chat on the hour drive to the dealership. When we got there, Kyle was standing outside waiting for me, with a friendly smile and handshake. We looked at the truck and it was everything they promised ??? beautiful! Then we met with Lee to do the paperwork and he had things all ready to go. Start to finish, it was a very pleasant and efficient experience. How about follow up? Well there was one small glitch with the financing, but a call to Lee and it was fixed quickly and correctly. Then on my birthday last week, I got a call from Kyle wishing me a happy birthday. That was a big deal if you think about it??? I live 1200 miles away, so it???s pretty unlikely I???d be servicing my truck there, buying parts, etc. Quite a nice gesture and it tells you just what these people are all about. I can???t say enough good things about the folks there and I highly recommend them ??? wherever you live.

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.

Just purchased a 2017 corvette grand sport from Kyle Davis trading in my 2008 corvette zo6. This was the best dealership experience I've ever had!! Great guys with even better customs service! I could not believe how well they worked with me and most sales people just shrug me off due to my age. Kyle even drove from Kansas to Oklahoma City on his day off "sunday" to meet and trade cars. I'm more than impressed!

This suv has met all our needs and is very comfortable. Easy entry and exit. Smooth ride and has great vision. Handles well in traffic.

My husband and I were looking for the perfect vehicle to fit our soon to be family of 3. We had gone to a few different dealerships; spoke with a handful of sales associates with no luck. Finally, we came across Long McArthur Dealership which was about a 45 min drive from where we lived and decided to go since the truck we needed and wanted met all of our qualifications. Driving there I was preparing to be overcome with stress, hassling, and for sure a headache along with my purchase???but I was so wrong! Shortly after we were warmly greeted by a gentleman who was very kind and directed us to Dan Penner. Dan Penner was absolutely amazing, he never pressured us to hurry up and buy like most dealers do, he answered all of our questions with a genuine response and made our car buying experience extremely easy and exceptional. Once it was all said and done, I wondered if this was in fact real. I was so amazed how smoothly this process had gone. Called on the phone and sent an online app in. Met Hector the following day. Nice young man. He took the time to hear our needs and concerns and was understanding to our skepticism of car buying exp reinvest from the past. Quick and professional. Hector hid nothing and was very honest and straightforward. He knew his paperwork and what he needed so there was no lag in progress. Took about 30 minutes and we were in finance. Meanwhile, they were gassing up and washing our new Escape. Austin did our finance part. What a breath of fresh air. Fun to chat with, knowledgeable, and not out to make an easy buck. No presure. Didn???t push or over explain anything. Again, professional and fun. Overall, I believe this was my best car buying experience to date. I have had 6 new cars before this. Money Subaru in Salina, Kansas (honestly...it's the man's surname!) has the best in sales and service folk. I never expect from any provider "next day" service for a small problem. I am one those folks who maker sure a small or really small problem doesn't get bigger. Weather and humidity along with other stuff happens! But every time I need Mark Erlemeier in the Service Department, he is right there. He alone gets five stars. As for my Outback? She gets five stars as well. Purchased while I was still working, she was ready to take on Kansas winters. However, my husband's medical needs called upon me to retire early. Still, our car provides easy in/out access for doctor visits and an extremely comfortable drive. Finally, the doctor "tweaked" my husband's meds and we are back in traveling mode. For an AF man who flew C-130's in Vietnam and always wants to be in control, fortunately our Outback provides such a relaxed drive he is calm. He still tries to navigate! I LOVE MY SUBARU OUTBACK!

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.

Michael bent over backwards to help find the perfect car for us! We had him running out in 100+ degree weather, grabbing cars for us to test drive, he took the time to explain everything to us, he walked us through the credit process, he had his team find the best incentives for us. We love our 2018 Ford Escape! We ended up with the Titanium trim level which has all the "bells and whistles." Comparing it to similar vehicles (Foresters, Sportages, Santa Fes) we have no regrets. With the Escape we feel you get a car that sits a little higher than the others but still has a smooth ride. At the trim level we purchased, we feel like you are driving a luxury vehicle but not near the price of the others base models.
