I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They had my car done in a very reasonable time. They are very thorough and I appreciate the free carwash.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

Did not get the 2025, got a 2024... EVERYONE EVERYONE THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! NEVER LAUGHED SO HARD IN YEARS!

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I recently traveled to Guess Motors in Carrollton, Ohio from San Antonio, Texas and I can truly say the trip was WELL WORTH IT! Mr. Gleich and ALL the staff at Guess Motors were absolutely amazing professionals. I typically do not leave comments; however, the professionalism, courtesy, and integrity of Mr. Gleich and everyone not only restored my faith in honest salesmen, but their level of customer service deserves it. Although I live over 1400 miles away, if given the opportunity, I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Guess Motors! If they sold go-carts, I would take the trip to buy one!!! For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

The service Department is awesome. Erin, Ronnie, and Savannah are always friendly when I arrive for service. I would never take my car anywhere else. Prices are competitive and John Sisson stands behind the work they do. And I will not forget to mention Cindy Crawford. She is the first person you see when entering the dealership. Always stops what she is doing to talk to me. I appreciate that. Can’t wait for my next oil change 😊

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

I think they did all they could to help with my purchase. I am very happy with my decision, I never felt pressured or rushed like I did at my other stops while shopping.

I have owned Ford Escapes for my past three cars. The 2023 is my favorite. Smooth ride The display is so much larger. The adjustable rear seats are an added bonus

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

I just looked at a truck at Economy Auto sales and spoke with Eric. Eric was exceptionally professional and easy to talk to. He was very helpful answering my questions. When he couldn't answer one of my more technical questions he got right on the phone to a Toyota dealership and found the answer. Eric is also Dog friendly. There was absolutly no pressure to buy. I made an offer but we could not come to a number that worked for both of us. Eric seems very honest and I appreciated that. Neither one of us wanted to rip off the other. I understand he has money invested in the truck and I have a budget to work within. I would highly recommend at least visiting and checking out Economy Auto and Eric. Hassle free and low stress. Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

I have bought 3 cars with Wexford Kia. They are friendly, responsive, and work very hard to get the best deal possible. They honored the warranty on my used Sedona on the last day of the warranty and worked with my insurance company so I only owed $100 on a new engine. After I totaled my used Sorento, I was in a new leased Sportage in 2 weeks. I was to get a 2025, but since they did not have one in stock that they could get to me, they gave me a 2026 for the same price I was quoted at for the 2025.
