Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

If you need a vehicle get hold of these guys. No pressure sales. Gives good information about their vehicles. Maj was professional and was understanding what we needed. I will call him any time. car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

The help was friendly and very well developed. All information and requirements was observed and committed and was helpful. The assignment for a used car was pleased to me and theirs no doubt about the satisfaction and owner of the vehicle that was given to me. M brother bought a 03 7 years ago- he just upgraded for something a little bigger. But this escape is my starter car now! It needs some frame and body work. But mechanically it’s been very reliable! It’s got 215k miles and still going g strong. And my brother beat the CRAP out of this escape.he never maintained well and he drove like an idiot.only problems we’ve had is the power steering pump and alternator hood g bad but being a 20 year old car stuff like that is gonna happen. Very comfortable,very reliable and it’s a nice looking car!

Lately I have been having alot of problems every month I been fixing something on my truck. Today is the power steering sensor that is not working. I need to replace it but don't have money to do it.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

The dealership was easy to work with. We agreed on a price for the car, and my trade-in, over the phone. I spent less than an hour in the dealership completing paperwork. The vehicle I bought has been great.

The sales guy that helped me out was great (thanks Sal!). I was pretty decided on what I wanted so skipped the whole “finding a car” process. Called in advance and when I got there it was pulled up out front for me to test drive. Sal was friendly and offered water and they had snacks which was great for my 8 year old (it would be cool if there was a TV or some kid legos or magazines or something but not a big deal, he had his tablet). Manager that helped out towards the end of the process was great as well, very helpful and kind. Waited a few days to give a review just to make sure everything went ok, and the car is indeed holding up just fine (2019 jeep compass). There is a small problem with the headlights that I’m sure wouldn’t have been noticed by them (took me three days of driving to notice it myself) where they won’t turn off and fog lights don’t turn on, but for buying a used car that’s to be expected. Reached out about the headlights today to see if there’s anything they would be able to help with, while not obligated to help at all by any means, a different place I bought my last car from was able to help when I experienced tire problems 2 days after buying a car from them, so worth a shot. I’ll update the review on how it goes with the headlight, but so far I’d highly recommend em!

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.
