Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Owned my 1012 Escape LTD AWD for 14 years. No major problems whatsoever. It has towed household items in the large UHaul trailer with ease. It has hauled home construction items in the back and on top. It has done long road trips. And, with all that, has averaged over 23 MPG! Faithful Long Term Vehicle...Many Miles to Go!

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. We already had a 2016 S model that was trouble free for 4 years and currently 48k miles. I replaced my spare car with the 2013 SEL AWD loaded like a Titanium. After 2 years it has been fantastic. Only trouble was 2 bad rear wheel speed sensors. Cost me $54 in parts to replace myself. Many 250 mile interstate round trip drives and never an issue. It had 62k miles when I bought it with full documentation of all minor repairs and maintenance. Regardless of reviews I got a good one. Check the history, check out before you buy, and you can find a good one like I did. They are not all bad.

I have 2014 Ecoboost titanium, lots of recalls, going on 240 thousand miles on it ,routine maitainance ,but last wk turbo went out , so I must be one of the lucky ones hoping to hit the 300 mark

Bought my 2014 in Oct. 2013. Have had problems with rear brake callipers but no other problems. It have 2.0 eco boost. Very responsive. Fuel economy hyw. 7.8litres/100 km city 11.8 l/100km. Road noise and back seat are my only complaints

This vehicle was my sons first car that he saved up and helped pay for. The performance material on seats was nice to have the heated seat option with it. My son totaled his Escape after rear ending a car at a red light going over 45 mph. The car kept him safe and he walked away with no injuries. I was impressed with how safe this car kept my son and am thankful. We had no mechanical issues during the time he was driving it before the accident. It was fairly expensive for a small used car but it is mighty.

My 2014 Ford Escape has engine problems with the timing chain and other things that massed my engine 😑 if you have a recall on the 2014 I would like to know about . I really loved my vehicle but now I am with it. I still owed the bank money for it and the bank doesn't want the vehicle. I don't know what to do about it. car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

Lots to like about the Escape: Decent gas mileage, performance and looks. Very reliable. Downsides: terrible traction in the snow, poor performance. I would recommend this vehicle if you're looking basic transportation.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

My 2012 escape has a salvaged title. Was hit in the front. Only replacements I’ve made since purchase is the radiator and brakes/rotors. It gets me where I need to go. Good for the price I bought it. Currently has 169,000 miles on it. Can definitely drive for longer. I see many complaints about conditions of their car but that all depends on the previous owner.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

We bought our 2016 Ford Escape new in 2015. it has been a great vehicle and trouble free the entire time.We currently have approximately 155000 miles on the vehicle and would certainly buy another Escape.It still looks and runs as new and everyone thinks it's a new car even now.
