I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

I had been looking for a 1997 Ford F150 for several months. I saw on one of their adds, they had what I was looking for. I called and made an appointment. I live in north Arkansas, so I wanted to make sure it had not been sold. The salesman was very nice, no pressure. He gave me the keys and told me to take it for a test drive. I liked the truck. I told him I would be back the next morning with me wife. Once again, no pressure, and he told me that would be fine. I came back the next day with my wife and after just a few minutes, we agreed on a price. We finished the paper work in about 30 minutes and then I drove my new used truck home. Normally shopping and buying a new vehicle is like going to the dentist, a painful experience, but buying this truck at Bryant Auto Sales, it was not the case. Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

I inquired about having some work done on my car, and I could not be more impressed with Justin in the service department. He was courteous and extremely time efficient. I am not exaggerating when I say he is possibly the most pleasant service worker I have ever encountered. Well done!

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

I hate that I have forgotten two ladies' names that helped me. One was new and the other was leaving, but both were lovely. I emailed requesting information. Kendra Wilson emailed me back and referred me to Chris Morris whom I corresponded with in several emails. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, given hot chocolate, and treated kindly. Several people assisted me and answered all of my questions, they were patient and cordial. Quinton Andrus and a new employee(with a name that I wish I remembered) Showed me several SUVs and let me drive one. Noel Harthcock offered me a fair trade on my Jeep and was extremely helpful in finalizing the purchase of the Sorento. I got a great bargain. It was a great experience. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. I came in to get my vehicle checked for an electrical problem. The service writer was a new employee. I have a service contract and thought that my visit would be connected to the service contract instead I was quoted a $185 service diagnostic fee and advised that I needed a $500 battery Long story short I feel that as a courtesy a free battery check should have been the initial check then given the option of going further to see if there was a more severe problem. The service writer did adjust the diagnostic fee I ended up going to another facility to complete the service. I felt that there was an overcharge for this situation. Hopefully if there is a future service need I will get a service writer that exemplifies helping the customer in a more sensitive manner. This is just a suggestion for a better customer experience.

Tried to work a deal over the phone. Gentleman was nice, but really didn't want to deal. Wanted me to drive 2.5 hours to talk to him. Two days later they dropped the price of the Highlander when they wouldn't budge when I spoke with him. When he called me back the next day after speaking with him at first, I mentioned I was looking (not anywhere near buying) at another vehicle at another dealership closer to me. At that point he ended the call and I haven't heard back from him. Two weeks later and the vehicle is still on the lot or at least still on Cars.com. I thought about calling back, but I have lost interest in doing the dance. Again, nice guy, but just give me the bottom line and let's work a deal before I have to drive hours to get to see the car in person. I think he was held back by his sales manager from budging on any deal.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I went in for a service on 2015 F150. I was greeted by friendly staff at checked in. After the technician looked over my vehicle, a service advisor recommended new brake pads at the next oil change and showed me the existing brakes. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I was given a report on the current condition of my vehicle and a reasonably priced invoice. Customer service exceeded my expectations.

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.
