I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe from Blade. Ian Hower was very professional, courteous and helpful. Juan the Sales Manager was also very professional. I purchased the vehicle for a fair price, and they eventually came up to a reasonable trade-in value. It was a long process, but the outcome was worth it, for me.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Communication was excellent through e:mail, phone calls, and texts. We are from Chelan and had business in the area over two separate weekends. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. Mike under-promised and over-delivered in accommodating our selection and taking in our trades. Again, no sales hype. Just a great guy with integrity, sincere communication, and great follow-through skills. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility as well as the efficiency of the accounting and finance team. People seemed happy to be working there. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

2 months ago I went into Cortez Auto Sales in Burlington Washington, The following day I picked up my 2021 Camaro... A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...

I have about 7000 miles so far with no problem yet. I will take a long ride to Raleigh northcarolina in June so I am praying I have any problems. My first long trip. My back brakes squeak sometimes.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Purchased from MT Vernon dealership. Wife went to look at the car prior to myself looking. I appreciate them respecting her not pressuring a sale. When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!
