We previously bought a truck from Patrick. He had helped us greatly and we came back for a vehicle for our daughter. He introduced us to Shawn, who was excellent and really strived to make us happy. Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I can?t say enough good things about the team at Loganville Ford. Issue with Service Department not advising me about recommended service issue until after I paid and read about it on my invoice copy. I think they were in a hurry to get me out of there because they were busy.

All my contacts in the service department were friendly, helpful, and took good care of me and the car. It was helpful to be reminded of some of the periodic services that are recommended. Some of the things recommended seemed to be based on vehicle milage as some of them had been done as part of the extensive checklist prior to the sale. The 2021 Expedition was purchased at Athens Ford and has been driven less than 10,000 miles by us with mileage now arount 66000.

When buying a used vehicle, be aware of doc fees. All dealerships have them. I hadn't bought a used car from a dealership before, so it was new to me.
