Recently brought my vehicle into Lithia Ford's Body Shop following what at first appeared to be a fairly minor fender-bender. I routinely use Sam Galloway for service and repairs. The people are always friendly and professional. On this trip the needed service was minimal - oil change and alignment but the Service Manager came out several times to inform me of the progress. I have never had to take a vehicle back for repeated repairs, they get the job done right the first time.
