So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

Have been taking vehicles here for the past few years and have never felt that service writer to the mechanics, even the parts department don’t care. Wonderful Staff

Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

I did not end up purchasing a car with this dealership however I did not because of the honesty of the dealership. The dealer fully disclosed prior damage the vehicle had and the repairs. It was my decision to not purchase because of the damage.

We are from Wisconsin and had towed our travel trailer down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mechanical issues. We took it into Riata Ford and I am so happy we did. Service advisor Jon was terrific. I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days! The repairs were professionally done and their customer service was outstanding. If Riata Ford was in my home town in Wisconsin, I would be a lifelong customer. Thanks Jon!

I bought my 2025 Maverick last May, and I have all of my services done at the dealership. We have a great relationship. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have about my vehicle. I haven’t had any problems with my truck, but we keep the oil changed and the tires rotated on a regular basis. I just had a bed cover that I purchased from Ford put on and it looks great!

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. WHAT A STOP! I stopped in yo Germain Ford at the end of a trip to Marietta, because I was hearing a consistent noise coming from the engine. I had never used their services for anything before, but the nose was alarming. As soon as I went inside they treated me like they had know me all my life. One of the service managers was there on his day off helping out their team and asked if I had time to go for a ride to see if we could identify the source. Long and short, I’ll be back. I will also say that Ford service centers, at least the ones have been too, have been great to work with. I feel like Germain Ford went above and beyond. By the way they have a new performance shop that far above and beyond any I’ve seen. Also, I popped in on them late in the day to get an oil change, without an appointment of course, and it was not a problem and I love the Billing where they just send you an invoice on your phone and you can pay it pretty cool

I like the personal stuff they do for me when I'm having an oil change or just servicing my maverick and f-150!!
