Jason Santistevan was most helpful this morning as our 2020 Transit 250 AWD Eco Boost 22,000 miles engine light came on as we leaving Bozeman on a trip. Quick code read showed cylinder mis-fire. Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. This dealership was busy with appointments and still found a way to get me in. And they did it in half the time they told me it would take. Having Nicole up front and her mechanic knowledge, lets me know that the mechanics doing the work must really know their stuff. And they all showed that!!!
