Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! The look of the Expedition turns heads, and I'll probably drive it for a long time.

So excited I found these guys! I went to so many places and just waisted my time! I was surprised how many decent vehicles they had in my price range which was only 3-4k. The cars are clean, have some minor things to work on but I expected that from a used car. They’re very straightforward, soo easy to talk to! I’ve got my chevy cruise from them but my daughter will need a car soon so I’m planning to come back again to exactly this place to save my time and energy and buy something right away without going to 100 scatchy places that mark up prices for nothing. It's a great vehicle for daily driving in negative temperatures as well as lots of snow and ice. Shifting between 2 and 4WD is convenient. Large cargo area is great for dogs and storage.

It was truly a pleasurable experience and we purchased an excellent vehicle- a 2012 F150 Lariat in great condition. I purchased this vehicle in December 2014 with 66K miles on it and the 5.4L V-8.. I immediately serviced my Expedition with AMSOIL products. With the exception of normal maintenance items (Brakes, spark plugs etc.), this vehicle has been entirely trouble free. have had ZERO maintenance issues, check engine lights, etc. on this truck at all, and 5+ years later it now has 221K miles. Mostly road miles between my home and in Flagler County and my shop in Ocala, and my daughters home in Pensacola. Average gas mileage was between 18-20mpg without a tow load, 15-16mpg with a tow load. Not bad for a large SUV. I just recently purchased a 2014 Navigator with 70K miles and also the 5.4L. Other than being a stickler for routine maintenance, this vehicle has not been babied in any way. The dependability of this engine and drive train has been second to none in my experience, which is why I purchased this SUV as it is the last year of the 5.4L. I have classic cars and towed them with my Expedition. Great towing vehicle as well. Of course, it is all about how folks take care of their vehicles, but I have nothing but praise for the 2014 Expedition. So if you are looking for a large SUV I don't feel you can go wrong with a Ford Expedition.

I'm 67 years Old and have bought alot of cars in my Life. This was , by far, The BEST experience I ever had. Simon and everybody at Autobay were Fantastic to deal with. No hidden fees or Add ons the total price is exactly as quoted on website. Simon told me as I was leaving if there was any Problems or Issues with the car just call him. A small problem came up with the Brakes and before I could even explain the issue he told me to bring it in. I brought it in he asked for the keys put it right up on the lift and within 30 minutes the issue was resolved. And again as I was leaving he told me If any other issue to call him right away and he would make it right. I have NEVER received that kind of service before.. If you are thinking of buying a car do yourself a Favor and go to Autobay

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

I've owned my 2011 Expedition XLT regular wheelbase since 2012 (leftover). Basic cloth seats, manual A/C and heavy duty towing. This SUV has been super reliable. Preventative maintenance and I do all myself. Oil at 5k using Ford blend 5-20 for 100k and now 5-30. 3rd set of plugs and 2nd set of coils. This is the brown plug boot engine which I believe all 2008+ Expeditions use. Trans fluid changed at 60k, 110k and now ready. Front brakes have been replaced many times as it's just the way these brake. No problem as I do it myself but some may not like this. Liftgate the usual paint peeling and I don't care. Hood also has some under the front and think the bug shield has prevented it from peeling in the top of the hood. I just added a nice touchcreen with back up camera since the green LED radio got real dim. I plan on driving this one for another couple yrs and up to at least 200k. It appears the 2010-12 are overall very reliable and since they have a steep depreciation, not bad to pick one up. Not IF AND ONLY IF the oil was maintained with proper and FREQUENT oil changes! The 2008+ Ford 5.4L 3Valve in general is a decent engine ONLY IF THE OIL has been changed!!! If not, set aside $7k for an engine swap.

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

i have purchased all my Lincolns from Hollman for the last 36 years. They are the best dealership in the area, I am originally from Detroit and know my cars and dealerships. I was once employed by EDS/GM via Ross Pero. They are also professional and care about their customers, but Hollman is better at customer service.

We had to return some complicated items and they were very nice friendly and professional. Because of the pandemic we were way beyond the 30 day return policy but they took them back anyway and gave us the credit we were owed.

Didn't have an appointment but woke up with a tire that was flat. I filled it with air and drove to the dealer. Didn't have an appointment but they took it in and repaired the tire and took care of sn oil change and other recommended sarrvice
