This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

We visited the dealership midday on a Saturday and was greeted by a friendly salesman who was super knowledgeable, easygoing and relaxed. There was no pressure to purchase. He was able to get a better financing rate than my credit union which is unusual. We were in and out (with a new vehicle) in about 2 hours.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

Na'eem was great! I came in to look at a 2013 Ford Fusion and he was helpful, knowledgeable and fair. They had just gotten the car in so hadn't had a chance to detail yet. We purchased that day and he made sure the car got cleaned up the way it should be, even thought the sale was already done!

We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

After car shopping for 3 weeks and making no progress we were getting exhausted. We dealt with pushy, high-pressure salesmen, salesmen that knew less than me about their cars, and salesmen who didn't seem to have enough energy to get out of their own way. Then we decided to head toward Philly and stopped by Fred Beans on a whim. They had the perfect car, but that's just luck. The salesman we had was outstanding from the moment we sat down and made sure everything was perfect for us. We had a lot of fun talking and joking, but when it came time to do business everyone was eager to work with us to make sure the deal fit our budget and needs. We ended up driving home a CPO car and couldn't be happier. Everyone as Fred Beans was miles ahead of the dozen other dealerships we visited and we'll be happy to drive out of our way to buy from them again.

Chris was great from beginning to end! I'm a little tough to deal with because I come knowing exactly what I want & what I want to pay. Chris worked seamlessly with me and my demands. I never review in the first week, it gives me time to identify the bugs...man is my new Ascent everything I was looking for!!

Totally the car is in a good condition, but it has some small problems like windshield wipers make sound its not soft, and has oil leaked.
