Thank you to Bryan and Ira at Garnet Ford for your excellent service. Y car battery died, and after Ford roadside Assistance jumped my car, I took it Garnet. Bryan made sure my car was carefully inspected for issues that may have caused the battery to die, as the battery was only a year old.. When none was found, they replaced the battery. Both Ira ( service manager) and Bryan ( service technician ) were polite, professional and knowlefgsble. Kudos to Garnet Ford to employing these fine men.

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Garnet Ford in Chadds Ford, PA. I also purchased both from Kyle. I have never had any issues with this location. I personally won't go to any other location because of their customer service and dedication on making everything go smoothly. 2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

They were courteous and professional, and responded quickly to my emails. When it came time to make the purchase, they were honest and upfront and I got a great deal. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy.

This is the 5th Expedition that I have owned over the years. This current generation is a fantastic vehicle which checks all of the boxes. The interior is terrific with plenty of room and comfort, even in the third row for adults.

This truck is comfortable, powerful & roomy. The third row can actually sit three adults with reasonable comfort. The Eco-boost V6 has plenty of power. Sufficient room behind 3rd row for cargo. Tahoe 3rd row is great if you like sitting with your knees by your ears. First Ford I’ve bought in 38 years since my 73 Mustang. If you get one make sure you get the Sync 3 radio.

I have always been satisfies with their service. I've had my car serviced at this dealership, since 2012. They have great customer service and have always been accommodating and friendly.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

This is a top notch dealership. I'm sure all of their salesmen are excellent - but I highly recommend working with Mike Cudzil. He was helpful and honest and all of the details of the transaction were fair and transparent. There were no last minute fees added to the cost of the transaction - and those fees that were charged were reasonable. The car was in great shape when we arrived and the process of signing the paper work was smooth and quick. In a business where dishonestly, hidden fees, and hassle has become the norm - Fred Beans Ford is a gentlemen in the industry. One last point: I had to travel from out of state to buy my car - and they specialize in out of state transactions - so even if you are not local to the dealership - have a look at their inventory and don't let a little bit of a drive keep you from doing business with them.

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I bought my 2007 limited new and drove it until 2020. Only put 120k miles on it. Only had a few issues- starter and a needed tune up. I sold it to my son in law. Great truck, comfortable, power, and lots of room. Very reliable and great in snow. It has served them well and has only needed a few repairs. I bought a certified 2018 expedition limited and it is great also. Gas mileage is so much better with the turbo V6

Great communication, worked out almost everything completely remote which was the most important. I knew it was the right vehicle, the right price and just needed to be sure the budget worked with financing. Came in and took a test drive to make sure it was perfect and when we got back the finance manager had all the options ready for me.

Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

This car was a huge upgrade from my 2008 Toyota Sequoia. It fit all my needs, and beat out the Chevy Tahoe I also test drove. The interior room, especially 3rd row leg room is the best of any large SUV I test drove. An adult can sit fairly comfortably in the 3rd row. Cargo space is generous as well, even with all seats in use. I love that this car came with an option for captains chairs in the 2nd row, which makes passenger loading of kids and dogs super easy and flexible. The interior bells and whistles in the Platinum edition are also top notch. Beautiful, comfortable seats, user-friendly controls and plenty of nice safety features throughout. Drive is comfortable and not too truck-like for this mom. Overall, thoroughly pleased with my purchase so far.
