He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. Vehicle should be a great fit for the growing family. Has the size we need for now and extra in case we grow again. Can fit 3 car seats across the second row and one in the third if needed. Will give us the ability to take one vehicle when family visits.

Bought the vehicle for the luxury. It took a hit from the rear SITTING STILL from a 2007 Ford F-150 AT 55 mph with minimal damage. The wife and I love all the options. So roomy inside. Gets 13 mpg city, 17.6 highway. Its a lot of vehicle---love it
