I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online. We had a wonderful buying experience...and AFTER the fact, we noticed a leak by the brakes. They called us in immediately because of that being a safety hazard, put us in a loaner car and have been taking care of us! VERY pleasant buying experience!

He helped me set up an appointment, and that initial interaction is what made me feel comfortable enough to go in. Once I arrived, it only got better. Isaac was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never tried to push or upsell me. On the finance side, Braylon Boudreaux deserves credit. That part of buying a car is usually stressful, but he made it surprisingly easy. He was personable, professional, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood exactly what I was choosing. Before coming here, I walked out of two other dealerships because the experience felt dismissive and draining. Grand Prairie Ford was the complete opposite. I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.
