His knowledge and personality sold me on him as an individual and his no pressure approach is the most refreshing part of this sale. I can not express how much my wife and I appreciated him and both of us were so pleased to find professionals are still in the business. If you are looking for a new car, or even a used one, we recommend Mike because regardless of whether you are looking for one or not, he will treat you with respect and show you whatever you want to see without any sort of I have to sell you a car, we were not even looking to purchase a new car, but after the experience we just had, we did not trust the car we purchased and after we sat and talked with Mike, it was clear to us that we would purchase one from him when we were ready, but I live by the motto, happy wife, happy life, and due to poor health and the ability to get even sit in a car, my wife left the dealership happy and that was all that I cared about. 2020 F-150 transmission replacement. There were several challenges throughout this effort. Service manager Cassandra Niziolek was a consummate professional from drive-in to drive-out. She maintained regular communications with accurate and HONEST information. In regards to customer care and working diligently to minimize any burdens on my part, Ms. Niziolek?s candor & genuine care for the customer, was much appreciated, especially in an environment that can be chaotic at times. If these customer surveys are truly reviewed, then please let me recommend, that Ms. Niziolek should be recognized by her leadership for her professionalism and outstanding representative of Auto Nation.
