Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. I left my truck at Legacy Service with Lance this morning.. I’ve been going to Helfman for 30 years but moved to Richmond and decided to give Lagacy a try. What a difference. Lance had an idea of what my issue was which put me at ease. Helfman was non committal when I called them yesterday. The ride home was better, the waiting room was far better and ha S a cafe. What a better experience.

I took my Ford F150 Raptor R in for its 10,000 miles service. i waited in the comfortable lounge area while my truck was serviced. Everything was done very professionally, promptly and the staff were very polite & knowledgeable . I was in and out in well under 1 hour. Job well done.
