After many years I returned to Marcotte Ford and met up with a new to the company Salesmen. Marquis was very helpful and went out of his way to make me happy, which is no easy task, and feel confident about purchasing my 25 Ford Maverick. I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.

The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.

I just got 4 new tires, and I can tell that my truck needs an alignment, and the wheels needs balancing. The wheel wobbles on the highway when I drive 80 mph. Terrebonne Ford picks up my truck at my work place and brings is back after lunch. My truck drives like it's brand new.
