They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

From parking my trade in to pulling out of the lot with our new car the process was fast, friendly and efficient. A sales professional named Kevin helped me get a great deal. He was very professional and courteous. When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.
