I called, test drove the car on Wednesday. Thursday was thanksgiving. I got a call, text and a email. Letting me know that I can come get my car. Jimmy white took care of me. I test drove it on my break from work. When I walked, 5 or 10 minutes later I was taking on what I felt was my new car. The CLA Mercedes Benz, 2014 looked just like the photos online and drove even better. The process was super smooth. I pulled over to complete the loan info. When I returned to the dealership, I told Jimmy that I put the application in for the car. That evening I received an email saying a lender has pulled my info. The following working day. I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.

She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away!
