My variceal was delivered a couple weeks early, but was not informed that I needed to complete purchase earlier as well. It made me scramble to get to dealer as I was traveling. All worked out and hopefully Ford will take notice so this problem is r=easily resolved.

Great job. Fixed what was wrong and my Explorer is back on the road with no issues. This was the first vehicle I ever went start to finish on ALL maintenance with the dealership. In this case: a different Ford dealership I will call “Harry’s” Ford; from purchase until now. Don’t let anyone tell you all dealerships are the same. Every Service appointment was an issue at “Harry’s” Ford. Wait for weeks, claim items weren’t under warranty, upsell, “warn” you there would be future unrelated problems down the road and in the latest case: describing a disaster scenario over the phone in which they claimed they are moths out on the repairs I was describing. What? Without even doing a diagnostic check? Well that was the final straw for “Harry’s”. I called George Wall Ford and the difference was night and day. My service needs were met. I am on the road. All you could ask for in a Dealership friendly, organized, thorough and efficient.

My new Ford RV broke down on it's first trip. Ford performance center repaired the 1 problem immediately, so I could get it back right away. They have also ordered the other part and will contact me when it comes in. They did an outstanding job!

They made me feel like they were glad that I was there, not a imposition. They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. It gave me a sense of confidence in their knowledge and the service that they were to provide. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I have lived several places around the country and have dealt with a number of service departments, this, by far, was the best experience that I have ever had. Thank you very much for everything!!! Process for recall work was excellently handled.

Our experience purchasing a vehicle here was phenomenal. I arrived 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. Nobody was irritated about that or rushed me to make a decision. They went through all the numbers with me & didn’t leave any questions unanswered. I really can't say enough about this team.

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

Patrick was very professional and a great sales rep. He was very thorough in explaining all the steps to get me into the car that I really wanted. There were no shady tactics and the entire process was very enjoyable. I truly felt he was happy for me too!
