Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. I paid $20k over sticker for my Raptor R which was a little hard to stomach, but other than that, the buying and checkout was pretty easy.

Naomi Romano went above and beyond to ensure my repair was completed the same day, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and recommended a service to prevent my battery from having the same problem again. She also arranged a complimentary ride home and coordinated valet service to return my vehicle after the repair. Everything was seamless, and the repair was covered under warranty.
