The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

I recently purchased a Pre Owned vehicle from Nick Nichols Ford and had been very pleased with my purchase. I had only been able to drive it in local traffic rarely exceeding 45 mph. I had to make a trip to Tampa and once on I-75 I was at highway speed for the first time since having the vehicle. Due to a sudden traffic situation in front of me I had to hit my brakes hard , when I did I instantly noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I was able to make contact with Mr. Mark Anderson , Service Dept manager, and he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly Mr.Anderson had the vehicle front brakes checked and it was found that the front rotors were worn , he then authorized the mechanic to replace the rotors. This was done at no charge to me. This action by Mr. Anderson made me a from now on Nick Nichols loyal customer Thank you Mr. Anderson for all that you did. Rudy Salazar

For your go to salesman that will help the customer out and is the best time after time ask for Gary N. I have purchased 6 vehicles from him and he is a square shooter! The Service manager who came out of retirement is also the best. Anyone looking for a good clean vehicle I highly recommend Gary N.

First Class experience from start to finish! Being we were 6hrs away, Honesty was very important. Kyle was absolutely the best at describing the vehicle we were interested in and when he said it was brand new, it was!! Josh in finance was also absolutely awesome! We had a good time cutting up and listening to music while doing the paperwork. There were no surprises!! My wife and I will highly recommend Ford of Port Richey to anyone!!
