Sergio is the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with - we were out of state visitors who had an old car break down and decided to upgrade instead of fixing it. It helped that the price of the vehicle was awesome, but Sergio made this the best car-buying experience that we’ve had and helped turn our nightmarish situation into an awesome car. He was compassionate, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sergio specifically.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Was so worried that they’d drag negotiations forever like at other dealerships. They made it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend to others.

The Expedition exceed my expectations on a full size SUV. My family really enjoy the space. They can't wait to go on a road trip.

After being very disappointed and treated poorly by a different dealership I didn't have high hopes we would end up getting anything but my husband and I decided to give Friendly Ford a try. We were looking to purchase a used SUV, We pulled up and were greeted right away by Hugo Gonzalez. Hugo took us inside and sat down with us, he asked us what we were looking for and how much we wanted our monthly payments to be. He said he didn't want to show us anything out of our budget or that did not work size wise for our family,which I really appreciated, most places will show you anything and everything just to try to sell something. We ended up getting an Amazing SUV for our Family at a great price. Hugo really worked hard to help us find what we wanted, I felt like he really cared about what we wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to talk us into something else just to sell. Overall iy was a great experience with Friendly Ford and I couldn't be happier with our purchase from them.
