Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. From the minute we called to verify the car we wanted was available, then arrived at the dealership to the time we left, we experienced nothing but top-notch service. Our salesman, Mr. Dan Aragon, is a true professional. He was courteous and kind and never pressured or rushed us as we took our time looking over our car. We had anticipated spending the whole day at the dealership, as these things tend to go. But no, we were wrapped up within 3 hours. We had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Mr. Andy DeLeon, who worked really hard at getting us the most out of our trade. The finance manager, Mr. Al Garcia, was also amazing. We were bracing for the typical “last minute sales pitch” on items that we were not interested in and that never happened with Mr. Al. I realized hours after I left that I had left a personal item on our trade in, and Dan went the extra mile by removing it and holding it for us. All the staff we encountered were respectful, polite, professional, and kind; it was the closest thing to buying from a friend that you could possibly get from a dealership. Jordan Ford, the owner of the this dealership, ought to be proud of this staff and, when the time comes to buy again, we will look to Jordan Motors first.

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

I bought the car, but it was $3,000 more than y’all had it listed. They said y’all had it priced incorrectly. The dealership refused to honor the price your company had it listed as. Very disappointing but I loved the car.

I never tried the thrid row seat. it is broken .instead of ford using metal.scews they have plastic ones and they are not covered by warranty 800. dollar repair
