I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

This is a longer review, so you may want to find a comfy chair and get settled. Hydrate if needed. Stretch first. We’ll wait. We came in to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and somehow walked out with so much more — including a valuable life lesson about always accepting free popcorn. Let’s start with our salesman, Jake. He was refreshingly… normal. Not pushy. Not lurking. Not hiding behind a potted plant waiting to pounce. We were originally just at the dealership to get our old clunker serviced, and Jake bravely approached and asked if we needed anything. From there, we had the usual small talk, test drives, and all the classic “so what do you think of this one?” moments. They didn’t have the exact Jeep we wanted, so they went out and got the one that checked all of our boxes. Jake got it to us almost as fast as a Jimmy John’s sandwich which is impressive considering this was an entire vehicle and not a turkey sub. Then came everyone’s favorite part of buying a vehicle — the financial reality portion of the program. You know it’s about to begin when they offer comfort items like popcorn, water and soda. That’s when you realize this is not a negotiation… this is emotional support snacking. For reasons we still cannot explain, we declined the popcorn and bravely entered the pricing discussion unprotected. During our otherwise calm back-and-forth conversation, a nearby customer began expressing their feelings… loudly… and with extremely creative vocabulary. We’re talking colorful. You could have painted a full mural with this guy’s monologue. If passion were measurable in decibels, this guy was setting records. This is when we realized our true mistake — which had nothing to do with buying the Jeep… and everything to do with declining the popcorn - as we were clearly also getting a live theater performance. The entire staff handled the situation with impressive calm, professionalism, and patience. Special shout-out to Brandon for composure that deserves its own award. Possibly a medal. Maybe a parade. A few days later, it was time to sign on the dotted line — which brought us to Bob. Bob was so entertaining and engaging that we temporarily forgot we were making a large financial commitment. I’m fairly certain that’s a rare and valuable skill that has been crafted over many years in the car business. Before you know it, Bob will even have you signed up for the VFW and guitar lessons. He’s that skilled. Finally, pickup day arrived. This time we were prepared. No more popcorn-related regret. We secured the Jeep… and the popcorn. Order has been restored. Lessons have been learned. Highly recommend Jake, the entire team at Miller Motors, and the popcorn.
