Looked internet and got a return call from sales person but I had already purchased vehicle from carmax at a lower price

And fix the problem of my car Although all problems were not fixed, it was very tricky and I am very grateful for the help. The expertise and their handling of the situation. Again, kudos goes off to prested my service. Advisor and the serviceman, whose name escapes me right now.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. We came in to look at 2 EV vehicles. A Tesla model Y and a Nissan Ariya. They hade a great selection of pre owned EV’s. Very nice facility and very helpful staff. Would highly Recommend if your wanting to purchase and EV.
