Stupid accident brought me to see Mike in the body shop. Second time the garage door gouged the hatch. Mike took the car right away fixed it and cleaned it up better than when I dropped it off. Thanks Mike, great job.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

Great online experience but I receive too many duplicate emails. Online rep, sales rep and another sales rep. Multiple emails, BUT I prefer that over little email.

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

I am Mr. Fussy....and they exceeded expectations at every level. Buying a car without a personal inspection is risky and I was nervous. But the car is as described, and the post delivery service continues without hitch. The dealership is recommended, and I would buy from them again.

Excellent service from Doug Rice and his managers. They had my back work with corporate which resulted in a very satisfied resolution. Top notch dealership and I don't say that lightly.

This review is specifically for Jessica Stagliano at Fitzgerald Toyota. She was GREAT. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, but she was the first (and one of the only) salespeople who could answer ever question about the car I test drove. She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.
