I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

This was my fourth time buying a car, and anyone who’s done it knows how stressful and frustrating the process can be — especially when dealing with pushy, intimidating salesmen. Before reaching out to dealerships, I did my research and contacted several Chevy dealers because I knew exactly what I wanted: a 2026 Chevy Equinox AWD RS in Radiant Red, fully loaded with the Convenience III Package, Safety & Technology Package, and panoramic sunroof. Since the model was so new, not many dealerships had it in the exact configuration I wanted, and the first few experiences were honestly awful. Then I connected with Elijah at Ron Tonkin (who no longer works there), and everything changed. I had recently lost my dad, who passed away on September 25th, so I was already going through a lot. Elijah truly listened. I told him what I wanted and what I didn’t, and every time he said “understood,” he meant it. He never tried to push me or convince me to settle. Even when I was probably a bit much at times, he handled everything with patience, grace, honesty, and integrity. When we couldn’t find the exact vehicle, we decided to do a build-and-buy, and he worked tirelessly to make it happen. By the time the car arrived, Elijah had to step away for family matters, and Ryan took over my deal. I was nervous at first, but I didn’t need to be — Ryan was just as patient, thorough, and kind. The consistency between them really speaks to the culture at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet. I also worked with Christian, the finance manager, and once again had a great experience. He explained everything clearly, went over optional add-ons without pressure, and when I decided not to include certain things, he respected my choices completely — no pushiness, no attitude, just professionalism and respect. I never felt rushed or like the only goal was to close the deal — and that is exactly how car buying should feel. They got me in immediately to fix my 6.7 Super Duty. I decided to test drive another's Super Duty and by the time I took the test drive ( about 30 mins) my truck already had a new Turbo Intercooler hose on, tested and ready to go! But it gets better, the owner was so friendly that he invited me into his personal office just chatting with me. He was very cool. I'm considering an upgraded vehicle purchase and they are very low pressure. They just switched me to their customer for life!

Received response to interst within half hour and then a follow up call when the car was being sent to auction as they did not want to keep it. The salesman has since contacted me and ask if I was still lookin for a vechile and I shared that was true, but only an American sedan, so it would fit my long legs and have a comfortable ride for four individuals.

Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

Great process. No pressure at all and got everything done in a timely manner. I really like how laid back everyone was, but I still got all the attention I needed. Highly recommend.

Overall- great ride, good power, good MPG, plenty of room. Nicely featured. So far no complaints- 66,000 miles Great for trips - lots of storage space.

We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

Reasonable service in a timely manner. Coffee machine is a plus. Waiting area was warm, dry, with a comfortable seat. McCalla provided excellent service in a professional manner

Staff was friendly courteous and work was performed in a timely manner. Asked to have the front license installed. the rivets were missing. They managed to come up with some rivets and the job was complete.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it.
