Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. I had a good vehicle service visit. I had to have a defective rear view camera replaced and had to leave vehicle overnight while awaiting shipment of new camera. I was kept informed of work progress and had car back next day.

Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a pre-owned X3 recently from Arrowhead BMW. It was a pleasant experience going through the purchase. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done.
