Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Had my car in for service at Hastings Ford for new tires and some repairs etc. Nicole, the service advisor, was wonderful. She has great communication and kept me updated with progress of repairs. Nicole also handled all of the communication and dealing with the warranty company, which I really appreciated. It was really helpful having just one service advisor to work with and ended up liking that the service department was smaller and not as hectic as others. I really appreciate having my “go to lady” in the service dept. 😊

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Looked at used trucks and bought one there. Everyone very personable and whole process smooth. Woody was the one I worked with. They even washed the truck when I purchased it. Very clean inside and out. Actually enjoyable experience at a car dealer.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

The service was perfect. Service Advisor Chris Larson was very helpful. He knew what had to be done and took care of it promptly. We received regular and timely updates and a full explanation of the services performed; including a video showing the repairs. Our CX-5 is now 11 years old and we've decided to replace it. Luther Brookdale's service sold us on getting a new Mazda. I'm buying the service as much as a new car.

They have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from, the staff is friendly & down to earth, and they don’t pressure you into anything extra. The 2 people you HAVE to work with when you’re here: Brandon in finance is a genius and will work hard to get you the payment you want. The finance process is SO quick- I was in & out of the office in a half hour- I love that it’s a paperless sign out. For service- make sure you work with Jamie! He knows SO much about cars, and is genuinely the nicest person to work with. He won’t upsell you on unnecessary repairs and answers all your questions without judgement. I didn't quite know what to buy when I went to Wolf Motors. I had made an appointment to look at an Expedition that I was told was coming in. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) that vehicle was sold before I could get there but I still kept my appointment hoping I could find a vehicle that would fit my needs. When I got there, I was met by David, who patiently listened to what I was looking for and then showed me a vehicle (which I didn't like). There was a Ford F-150 XLT sitting in the showroom, and my husband kept looking at it and he convinced me that it would fit what I was looking for. I wasn't interested in buying a 2021, so David set to work finding me a 2020 with low miles. He struck out twice with vehicles that was either already sold or were out being used by a manager. He then searched other dealers and was able to find one that had the specs I wanted. That truck now resides in our garage.

I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

Lexi made our experience very enjoyable. My wife was nervous about all the technology. But Lexi did a great job of patiently helping her to become comfortable with all the new stuff on her new Aviator. Thank you Lexi.
