Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

The were responsive and communicated well without pressuring me- As a non-local shopper, I felt like the customer service was really good.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I had the vehicle repaired and sold it to the dealer. I went in for an oil change and repair of the convertible top. I ended up selling them the vehicle. Very pleased with the outcome.

Great service advisor Greg and Brian the mechanic teamed up to keep me rolling down the road. The last pickup I bought had 350,000 + miles because I always had it serviced at Jim Curley. I have 111,000 on this one and it runs great.

Joel (sales) and Jerod (sales manager) went above and beyond to earn my business. This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

Fair Oaks was the only LIncoln dealer that had (in transit) the exact 2025 Lincoln Aviator model and color scheme we were looking for.
