Toyota of Easley had the exact 4Runner I was looking for within a few hundred mile radius of me. Mary Beth immediately called me back to confirm. From there she was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We used email, phone calls and even texts to communicate. Very easy to work with and it was actually a positive experience, even though we were 300 miles away! I would absolutely use this dealership again in the future even though I have another one 5 miles away from me.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Ryan and the team were wonderful to work with. I found a car online that I was interested in and in no time Ryan had it ready for me to see. They did a great job servicing and getting the car in showroom condition and Ryan?s was always quick to respond with any question I had. I've done business with Ford of Spartanburg for years. The last 1 1/2 years my point of contact has been Tyrone Goode. In my opinion, he is one of the best service reps I've ever done business with. He follows through with my cars services from start to finish. I recently took a cross country trip in my 2004 T-Brid, had a breakdown in Missouri & when the Ford dealer there was going to leave me in a motel for 3 days Tyrone stepped in. With his help my car was repaired in the same day, not only that he contacted me 3 times to make sure I was staying informed about that dealers' progress. Tyrone also gives the same attention to detail to "hometown" service. As a woman I'm grateful that he treats me with the same respect I've seen others only give men customers. I don't know him outside of the dealership so the service he affords me is a reflection of his work ethic. Ford would do well to hire more service reps like Tyrone!!
