Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

The staff was friendly and Igot a decent deal on price and financing for the Nissan Ariya.The wait to finalize the paperwork was way too long. The EV also only had 40 miles of charge, not a good look.

Frank was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and also scheduling the service appointment, ordering parts and everything was covered under warranty with the Minimum deductible.

Alex and Rob were fantastic. They made it such an easy buying experience. The dealership amenities and service team are top notch.

Overall a great experience. The service was fast. No added pressure or bulls***. Only reason I won't say 5 yet is because we just got the vehicle. Service Advisor, Nicholas Moore went above and beyond. He asked probing questions about the issues I was having and he did a deep dive into my car history and found it was a known software issue. Bing, bang, boom! I was out in no time with my troubles behind me. I will recommend Nicholas anytime.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. We really appreciated how dedicated the staff at Huntley Ford were. We spoke on the phone and visited to check out a few vehicles with Daniel. He was very patient and wonderful to work with. Although we didn't purchase a car during our visit, we would recommend that anyone visits the dealer for a great experience.
