Used 2023 Ford Explorer for sale near Oak Park, MI

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

We went to the used car lot to see if they had anything we may be interested. Our salesman Keith listened to us and showed us a beautiful 2019 Ford Edge, that we ended up buying! We were very pleased with Keith and all his knowledge and would go back to the dealership again!

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. Eric Breda help me look at a slightly used car. He was the utmost professional through the process, provide me with enough information to make a decision, and I went for several test drives. Our salesman jason is wonderful. He has always gone above and beyond for us. And made sure we got exactly the car. We want to with a payment we could afford. No matter how many questions he would sit there and answer him all. And make sure we were satisfied with the decision that was made. Rob and finance. Made everything so easy. No pressure. This is our third vehicle from Jack Demmer with Jason. And we've always been very satisfied.

Always had good service. Timely, friendly staff. Hours are satisfactory. Waiting area is clean. Only concern I have is that they are no longer making the Edge which when my lease is up I may have to look for a different vehicle.

Best parts department ever! I get all my parts from there. Everybody's super nice answers every question I have. Super employee of the year is "Carl" I wanted an oil change before I went on a trip and I always come to your dealership to get it but I couldn't get an appointment as fast as I wanted. Went to two oil shops and they said I need it full synthetic oil. So I called the man that knows all Carl and he told me that I needed a synthetic blend for my F-150. I got my oil and filter from him also battery wiper blades even changed the batteries in my key fobs. He then said his wife is getting a new F150 truck. Now I'm thinking I want a new truck just got a convince my wife! I have 2016 f150 with 80,000 miles on it. I'll probably call Carl to see how can I convince my wife! Lol! Our last five cars have come from Roy O’Brien, some used, some leased, and they’ve been extremely helpful and friendly every time. The sales team is very knowledgeable and has worked within our budget to find the right vehicles for us. They’ve walked us through financing and made sure we know all our options and are comfortable with not only the car we’re getting but the monthly payments and service plan. Service has been excellent, too. We’ll keep going back!
