Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I was recuperating at home after a stay in the hospital during a very cold snap and the battery in my Escape went bad. I called Liberty Ford in Vermilion about having a Mobile Tech come to my home to replace the battery. At first i was told the earliest someone could come out would be the following day. It wasn't 15 minutes later I received a call from one of the Service advisors and she told me that there was a Tech who could come out and replace my battery the same day. To me that is true customer service.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

We came just to look . Being that the Edge is no longer available we looked at the Explorers . Justin was our man. He went out of his way to explain everything we wanted and needed to know . He worked with my husband to find just the right one . They even went out of state to get what we wanted and even honored the Costco discount . This man has integrity and knowledge . Even the other people involved in our transaction were amazing and not pushy or smug. Felt very important and taken very seriously from the start to the finish . Justin Post !!! My experience with I-90 Nissan was a very good one. My sales rep, Leslie Hoek, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did not put any pressure on me to buy a Nissan. She helped me with every step of returning the vehicle I had and then getting the Rogue.

Went to hopefully retire my lease and get into a new Ram 1500, the guys are Fred Martin were great to work with and got me into the exact truck I was hoping to get. Excellent experience all around, I'll be back for sure.
