Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Found the exact Mustang GT I was looking for at AutoNation Ford and reached out to the online Chat Person. They referred me to Christian Rodriquez and from there his attentiveness and ability to answer all my questions by text message had me sold on buying from the dealership. He was honest and upfront about price, etc. And unlike a salesman I had dealt with at another Metroplex Dealership, he was well versed in both the car he was selling and seemed to really want to sell the car. The dealership overall did a great job with the sales process and had the car ready for me when we drove up to buy it (even thought we hadn't committed to buying it / debating a different color). This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Overall good process. One item I would have preferred was to be taken to an office or room when negotiating the numbers instead of on the showroom floor.

When online try to find out on trade gave us a good trade deals so we went in and found a vehicle that we wanted they didn?t have it in stock. Found it at another dealership went through financing financing was very easy and brought our new vehicle from another dealership, picked it up the next day
